Throughout his career, he has worked with utilities, public agencies, developers, and private organizations on projects involving electrical distribution systems, substations, underground cable networks, overhead utility infrastructure, and power system improvements. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he remains actively involved in guiding engineering standards, mentoring technical staff, and ensuring every project reflects the firm's commitment to quality, precision, and practical engineering solutions.
Edgar Walsh oversees the firm's engineering department and provides technical leadership across a wide range of electrical infrastructure projects. He coordinates multidisciplinary design efforts, supports project teams throughout the engineering process, and helps ensure that every design meets applicable industry standards, client requirements, and project objectives.
Jonathan McCole develops engineering solutions for electrical distribution systems, utility infrastructure, and power delivery projects. His work includes preparing engineering calculations, technical specifications, construction drawings, and design documentation while supporting projects from initial planning through final design.
Nicholas Taylor manages engineering projects from initial planning through final delivery, coordinating schedules, client communication, technical resources, and project documentation.
